Each curated service is intentionally planned with your needs in mind! From the consultation to your final send off, my goal is to assist in creating and carrying out your unique vision and to ensure you are supported in every step.

Signature Wedding Coordination and Planning

Each couple’s experience will be tailored to their unique vision and needs. Wanting to work together but not seeing an option that fits your wedding? Still inquire and we can put together a set of services for you!

  • $3,000

    Includes:

    • a planning partner from 6 months out.

    • partial design consultations and assistance.

    • vendor management including appointment scheduling, plus budget and payment tracking.

    • 10 hours of wedding day coordination and rehearsal attendance if prior to wedding day.

  • $1,500

    Includes:

    • 1 planning meeting at least 30 days prior to wedding day.

    • coordinator available to contact for wedding related assistance from 30 days prior to wedding day.

    • coordinator is vendor point of contact from 14 days prior to wedding day.

    • coordinator will attend rehearsal if occurring prior to wedding day.

    • 10 hours of coordination on the wedding day.

  • $1,000

    Includes:

    • 1 planning meeting prior to wedding day.

    • 8 hours of coordination on the wedding day.

    Attendance at rehearsal dinner and additional planning meetings are available at an additional cost.

  • Additional services can be offered on a case-by-case basis and will be charged based on time required of the coordinator to complete the service. Some additional services include:

    • rehearsal attendance. ($150)

    • each additional hour of coordination on the wedding day. ($50)

    • each additional coordination meeting ($100).
